Hello and welcome to the website of Etsu Japanese Restaurant. Etsu opened its doors in November 2007 after 18 months in planning.
With the help of our two Japanese chefs, who both have over 20 years experience, we aim to bring authentic Japanese food to Liverpool.
We also have Japanese waiting on staff who will be able to answer most queries regarding all Japan related enquires from the food to the culture.
Etsu has a cosy and relaxed atmosphere with room for just 46 diners so be sure to book to avoid disappointment. Please feel free to download our menu where you will find a wide range of Japanese dishes to suit all tastes, from traditional sushi and sashimi to speciality meat and fish dishes.
